TIMES.EXE produces a summary of message delay times,
based on the current messages in \bbs.
You can limit the number of messages analyzed by
giving a number when you execute it: i.e.,
TIMES 100> filename
will analyze the 100 most recent messages, and create filename.
The first column is the number of messages that were seen,
the last four are the minimum, average, and maximum delay
times observed, followed by the observed clock skew.
